CO's 8th graders explored careers at Metro Tech! 👮🏻♂️🧑🏻🔬👨🏻🔬👩🏽🏭👨🏼🚒 We learned about aviation, cosmetology, engineering and so many others.
Join us at the, "For their Future" event on Thursday, April 27th from 4:30-6:00 PM to learn about scholarships and Metro Tech while in high school.






High School testing begins on Monday, April 10th.

- (Tuesday, April 11): ACT Test
- (Wednesday, April 19): 11th grade Science test
*8th, 9th, 10th graders
- (Tuesday, April 11): 8th and 9th grade Pre-ACT test

**All metro tech students will need to report to the high school on Monday and Tuesday next week instead of metro tech.

Sports Physicals for 2023-2024 school year. Your student/athlete must have one on file every year to participate in middle school and high school athletics!


Please remember, COMS does not allow cell phones to be out during the school day. Students have the option to:
1. Give cell phone to 8th hour teacher to be placed in a safe (locked) place until the end of the day.
2. Students can leave phone at home during the school day.
3. Students can leave phone in backpack put away for the entire school day.
Students with a cell phone out during the school day will be subject to a three day suspension.
We want to give our students the best chance to succeed and learn. A classroom without distractions leads to a more successful student!
